Case study

A scalable integration architecture for all of their critical systems worldwide

The challenge

JVD Archery relies on several business-critical systems, including DynamicWeb, Unit4, Salesforce and ZippCube. With a planned migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the company needed a reliable and scalable integration structure between all these applications.

Without a streamlined integration strategy, there was a risk of manual data entry, duplicate administration, delayed updates and errors in the exchange of information between systems. Employees also spent a significant amount of time on checks, corrections, and data synchronization.

JVD therefore looked for a solution that would enable all systems to communicate efficiently, without creating strong dependencies between the different applications. At the same time, the architecture needed to be flexible enough to easily accommodate future systems and business processes.

The solution

Qubix helped JVD Archery build a central integration layer that connects all key business applications. The integration platform was developed using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps. Together, these technologies ensure that data is automatically exchanged and synchronised across the different systems.

In addition, Qubix developed several solutions to further automate day-to-day business processes, including the management of new products, sales price calculations and product data processing.

Today, JVD Archery's e-commerce, ERP, CRM and product management systems work seamlessly together. Employees always have access to up-to-date information, while data automatically flows to the right applications. The company now benefits from a scalable integration platform that supports future growth and system expansions.
