In the AI discovery workshop we explore innovative ways to use AI and prioritize use cases that will mostly impact your business. We put human value, and business value at the forefront, while empowering everyone to participate in discovering the best opportunities for applying AI.
Navigating the workshop
Step 1: Understand your current situation
We begin by exploring your existing processes. Where are the bottlenecks? Which workflows could be improved? This phase maps out the status quo and sets the foundation for identifying areas where AI could add value.
Step 2: Explore AI possibilities
Participants are introduced to the AI Discovery Cards. These cards represent various AI technologies and use cases. The group matches these cards to their own challenges, sparking creative thinking and generating a wide range of potential applications.
Step 3: Define use cases
The most promising ideas are developed into concrete use cases. Each idea is described in terms of the AI solution, the business problem it addresses, and what is needed for implementation. This step helps scope out potential projects.
Step 4: Prioritize and plan next steps
The group evaluates the use cases based on impact and feasibility. One or more top candidates are selected, and clear next steps are defined, such as preparing a business case or launching a proof-of-concept. You leave the workshop with a practical, actionable plan.
