    3. We ensure that all our processors may only process your personal data on our behalf, and on the basis of a data processing agreement.

Where we process data

  1. We ourselves, and our external processors, process your identifiable personal data in principle within the European Economic Area (EEA). 
  2. If data is nevertheless transferred to a country outside the EEA, we will ensure appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or a valid adequacy decision of the European Commission for the country concerned.   3. We may transfer anonymised data to organisations outside the EEA, as such data is no longer considered personal data. 

How we process data

  1. We only process the personal data necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this policy, in a lawful and transparent manner, and we keep this data as accurate and up to date as possible. 
  2. Your personal data is retained for as long as described in the table above, or until you withdraw your consent for processing based on consent. Withdrawing your consent may mean that you can no longer (fully) use the website or services. 
  3. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, theft, loss, manipulation or destruction. Access by our staff or that of our processors is granted only on a need-to-know basis and is subject to strict confidentiality obligations. 

Your rights regarding personal data

To verify your identity, we may ask you to provide additional information proportionate to the request. We will never ask you to send a full copy of your identity card by e-mail; if identity verification is required, this will be done through a more secure, less intrusive method. We will handle your request as quickly as possible, and at the latest within thirty (30) days of receipt.
